Quality Care

Quality patient-oriented care is our number one priority.

Our facilities take a proactive, comprehensive, ongoing approach to continuously ensure the delivery of high-quality care and monitoring the safety of the services we provide.

We employ an ongoing, evidence-based systems approach to evaluate our processes on a routine basis in efforts to minimize medical error and improve patient care.

  1. Our center is licensed by the State of Georgia Division of Health Planning and Dept. of Community Health Department of Licensure and Certification. We undergo rigorous unannounced inspections. At the completion of our 2009 inspection, the inspectors complimented us on our high standards and deemed our centers should be the training model for all other centers.

  2. Our center has received the highest possible accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). This is a three-year certification, in which we received deemed status recognition.

  3. Our center has received the highest possible recognition as Honoree from the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE), for promoting quality in endoscopy. This is a three-year certification.

  4. Our center is inspected yearly by a consulting pharmacist.

  5. Our center was recognized as an Environmental Leader by Stericycle (OSHA Compliance program consultants).
