The-Endoscopy-Center.jpgOpened in 2003, The Endoscopy Center is committed to state-of-the-art prevention, detection, and treatment of digestive diseases. Staffed with well-trained professionals who are ACLS certified, The Endoscopy Center provides comfortable, patient-centered care.

All physicians performing procedures at The Endoscopy Center have met the guidelines outlined by the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and are certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

To ensure optimal performance and patient care, The Endoscopy Center is subject to an ongoing quality improvement program. In addition, The Endoscopy Center is Medicare accredited (Permit#025-261) and AAAHC accredited.

Please be advised that Drs. Mark Murphy, Edward Rydzak, Charles Duckworth, Steven Carpenter, Mark Nyce, Ryan Wanamaker and George Aragon own an interest in The Endoscopy Center.

The patient is entitled to obtain the services for which you have been referred to The Endoscopy Center at the location of your choice. Alternative sources of the services for which you have been referred to this entity are as follows:

If the patient has further concerns about the care being provided in this licensed ambulatory surgical treatment center, they may express concern to the appropriate representative within the surgery center according to the policy.
